Prior to this role, Rashmi had a successful career in the Banking Industry, spending 38 years at State Bank of India where I worked at various branches and held various positions, including Chief Manager, before retiring.

Angad is a full-stack software developer currently serving as a Technology Lead at Xperitus. With experience in both the Indian and American tech industries, Angad has a diverse range of experience and has worked with leading platforms including Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, Mongo and Kafka. Prior to this, Angad worked at Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt Ltd in Mumbai as Sr. Software Engineer working on the company's core transaction processing framework and various proof of concepts. Angad has also worked as a Java Developer at Internet Brands, INC. in Los Angeles, California.

Amol Shah

He is well-versed in both the Indian and international reinsurance markets and currently serves as Head of GIFT City (Reinsurance) at Xperitus. He previously worked as an Assistant Manager in Treasury at Jet Airways (India) Limited, overseeing the insurance program including aviation and non-aviation coverage. He has extensive knowledge of various types of insurance policies and has made significant contributions to renewals, new policy creation, claims handling, and insurance provision reviews.

Sambhajirao Patil

Sambhajirao is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Retail and Government initiatives at Xperitus, he held the positions of Head & Vice President of Bancassurance & POSP at Unison Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd. He has a proven track record of setting up and leading sales teams and achieving targets. Throughout his career, Sambhajirao has held prominent positions at various insurance companies, including ICICI Lombard, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Reliance, HDFC, Tata.

Pranav Curumsey

Pranav is a well-versed professional with a strong background in the insurance industry. Currently working as the Head of Liability & Credit Lines at Xperitus Insurance Brokers Private Limited, he leads both Casualty and Financial Lines products. Jayesh is one of the promoters at Xperitus and is a skilled practitioner with more than three decades of experience in insurance claims, valuation and accounting. He is an acknowledged expert in claims and claims litigation, serving as a Technical Advisor at Xperitus. Rohan is a master in the field and one of the Promoters of Xperitus, where he also serves as Principal Advisor. He boasts over two decades of experience in the fields of Insurance and Finance and has a wealth of expertise in Risk Management, Insurance Solution Development, Claims, and Claim Litigation. Throughout his career, CA Rohan has been known for his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry. He has been a sought-after speaker at various forums, delivering lectures on various facets of insurance.

Nimish Khattar

Designation : Director & Chief Marketing Officer

Nimish is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with over 20 years of experience. He is currently the Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Xperitus where he has been leading the sales, marketing, and business development efforts. Before joining Xperitus, he served as the Head of Business Development at Praxis Insurance Broking Solutions Pvt Ltd where he was instrumental in acquiring the Praxis Broking license and preparing a financial plan for life insurance. He has also held key roles at ASK Wealth Advisors, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, Aviva Life Insurance, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance where he was managing sales, marketing, and business development activities.

Juzer Jawadwala

Juzer is currently serving as the Director at Xperitus. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having worked in the insurance industry since 1987 and spent 16 years with Oriental Insurance Company. Juzer is an expert in both General Insurance and Life Insurance, and his deep understanding of the industry is reflected in his responsibilities as head of Client Servicing, Underwriting & Operations at Xperitus. Throughout his long and illustrious career, Juzer has been known for his dedication to providing exceptional service to clients.

Sudhir Gudal

He is well-regarded for his in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and his ability to provide valuable insights
